Sally is adept at developing inspiring yet realistic recipes to showcase any product. Through the process she will ensure that your product shines, be it ingredient or appliance. Recipe development can be useful to market your product providing potential customers with an enticing idea to get them started. Sally has been involved in recipe development & creation for clients including VZUG Appliances, Red Gem Growers & Packers, Tupperware Australia, KitchenAid, LG, Silit and The Australian Asparagus Council.

Recipe Testing & Editing - "helping ensure it works first time, everytime!"
A recipe needs to be right! Sally uses her attention to detail along with her food and cooking knowledge to ensure yours are just that. Services are available to help prepare for cookbooks, cooking shows, filming and other publications and can be done in Sweetpea Cuisine's fully equipped test kitchen.

Food Styling - "food knowledge & expertise mixed with creativity"
Sally's assistance on a food shoot is invaluable. From prop shopping and sourcing, to buying ingredients, food preparation and cooking and assisting on set it's all covered. Sally has honed her skills in this area working on film and still shoots for Jo Richardson - "The Kitchen Therapist", Brismark, Kelly Bros, KitchenAid, Profiline, Pushpan, The Australian Asparagus Council, The State Government of Victoria, Janelle Bloom's "Family Food & Weekend Feasts" and Nurture Magazine to name but a few.

Food Production - "ensuring your food stage or shoot runs like clockwork"
Sally's strong organisational and communication skills mixed with her food knowledge will help your live food stage, event or shoot run like clockwork. Sally has managed  back of house for the Macro Cooking Theatre at the Good Food & Wine shows around Australia; shopping, prepping and assisting presenters like Jo Richardson, Toby Puttock, Rowie Dillon and Lola Berry. She has also worked on productions like Better Homes & Gardens Live and Ready Steady Cook as well as taking care of food production for KitchenAid's cooking DVD. Sally regularly facilitates live cooking presentations for Queen Victoria Market assisting chefs like Adam D'Sylva, Shane Delia and Scott Pickett.
